AI Trading Coach does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All coaching is for educational and informational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
We do not guarantee that using AI Trading Coach will result in profitable trades, passing prop firm challenges, or any specific financial outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
AI Trading Coach references prop firm names (such as FTMO, MyForexFunds, Apex Trader Funding, TopStep, E8 Funding, and The Funded Trader) for compatibility purposes only. AI Trading Coach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any prop firm. All prop firm names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

During public launch, available features may include free and paid tiers. When paid plans are used, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance. Product testers who were offered promotional pricing will have those terms honored.
Your use of AI Trading Coach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy, including the processing of chart screenshots by our AI provider (OpenAI).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Trading Coach and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, failed prop firm challenges, or any financial decisions made based on AI coaching output.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI coaching output will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
